" Basic Pattern " ( PB ) is a global proposal whose ultimate goal is to get the United Nations Organization (UN ) believes , endorse and implement as monetary value in the capitalist economic
system the cost value of the life of every human being represented in a certificate called certificate Basic Capital value , monetary value regulated by a subsistence Basic Pattern ( Index daily
basic food cost per person , country by country) , intended to benefit and support the planet. Its objectives are to end hunger , sustain the welfare society , mitigate the collateral damage of
wars and disasters caused by climate change.
This project aims to start walking step by step towards the utopia of the value of life, suggesting a paradigm shift . Other worlds are possible if the conditions of possibility and the
technology makes it possible to buy and sell electronically from anywhere in the world without the need for physical money transfers between banks.
This is the current paradigm incorporating a new parameter (the value of life ) that enables the transition to a plausible future world , set to reason , mathematical, logical and coherent , in
fair terms : human , philosophical , economic, political , scientific, technological , cultural...
Economy is said that capital is neither created nor destroyed , only transformed , such as energy physics . Basic Pattern The proposal is not intended to create capital out of nothing , and that
this capital already exists : life is capital , just turn it into electronic money for sustainable livelihoods.
If we were able to give the gold exchange value ( gold standard) , accepting his imaginary equivalent ticket paper ( fiat - fiat : having paid value ) , too, being all agree that life has value -
more than gold - can give life, use value , accepting electronic money equivalent survival as imaginary .
Just as the Gold Standard was a benchmark money fixing the value of the currency in terms of a certain amount of gold ( $ 1 = X amount of gold ) , the creation of a Basic
Pattern may be a monetary reference shall the amount of money equivalent to the cost electronic daily minimum food per person per day , country by country , (1 person = X amount of

You might think that human life has value. Life is as good as life can be long . It is valuable . A necessary condition for any growth in value or values . So worth . And the worth of the person
required is independent of the assets or securities that one has. Everyone has the right to live life . Life is a value on which they rest and the remaining backbone values that makes it
possible.
Life is worth because life is a way of being , and all that is, as it is , okay. Because the opposite of "being " is " not " and " not to be" not worth . Because nothing is worth nothing. Life is
worth because the higher value of "being".
We have to consider the same in this concept . The life of all human beings have the same output value . Each of us has the same value of life. We are equal in this regard. We are alive .
Everyone has the right to survival value.
It is quite accepted that life has value but , paradoxically , it is not given any real value . Closed minds to think in this way because this value does not exist in the current paradigm , and
it seems that any effort in this direction will be useless. The citizen is resigned to accept that there is no alternative to the current situation and do not want to see beyond the status quo.
But this cultural project aims to change the status quo walking towards the utopia of the value of life. Giving value to the lives we give the possibility to show capitalism more humane . When we
all would agree that "life has value," we think a benchmark economy, equivalent to the cost of survival. E capital that flows through the banking networks , as legal tender backed by real value ,
tangible , material, human life , an endorsement undisputed wealth, which will help the system to cover their shortcomings. As Marcuse said " The end of utopia " , utopia ceases to be possible
and necessary.
The Basic Pattern matching is a measure of the economy to a new global reality , a result of technological progress. Obviously , the proposed PB is utopian but possible if
we want it.
The proposal application has three levels:
-Individual , in which every citizen of the world may provide , through an account at the World Bank (WB ) , a new electronic money against the value is indisputable that every individual's life
with a monthly balance intended for purchase staples electronics.
- State , which , through the World Bank, member states may have the financial resources derived from the value of the lives of its citizens to meet the costs of creating and maintaining social
services.
-Global, in which the UN have the resources of this new electronic money to meet the expenses incurred by natural disasters , climate change and the collateral damage of war.
In this project we will focus on the first application level without forgetting all its possibilities ( see appendix).
