Production planning
First phase: It will take a year or more to create the platform Popular Initiative (IP) and diffuser equipment the idea, obtain financial resources, development of communication strategy and implementation of the campaign with Basic Pattern collecting 500,000 signatures.
Second phase: It will take a year or more to present the IP Basic Pattern in the Spanish Parliament and urge the Government to present the project at the United Nations for
further dissemination , discussion and approval.
Third phase: It will take a year or more so that, once approved the project at the United Nations , is implemented through banks in all states for citizens who wish to enjoy the subsistence
electronic money food purchases.
Fourth phase: It will take a year or more for states to apply for Certificate Basic Capital Fund to be managed by the World Bank financial resources necessary to pay the
universal social services.
