Organizational structure and human resources
The platform will consist of volunteers with a management team consisting of the promoter, responsible for communications, marketing, finance, administration
and
volunteerism.
The management team will make decisions and be responsible for assessing the objectives, correct and voting strategy among all members . It will consist of a promoter and the heads of the various departments and volunteer.
The marketing department will comuicación and who set the strategic line to follow. It will consist of at least 3 people.
The finance department is dedicated to obtaining the necessary resources to maintain activity . It will consist of at least 3 people.
The Administration is responsible for the internal affairs of organization and communication with departments and volunteering. It will consist of at least 3 people.
The Volunteer will arrange to collect the signatures of Legislative Initiative . No limit of people for volunteering.
If there is one or more investors , the platform be established as non-profit company.
