The Basic Pattern project proposes to implement in the actual global economic system the value of human life ( first value of other securities) as backup to a new money (as did the gold with paper money) to electronic purchase basic foods and to support the welfare state. It aims to generate a change, an improvement in our environment, its function is to achieve results, is the realization of a will or cultural policy.
